  I had them replace two silcocks. One of them was in a tricky spot and I had other companies say they couldn't do or would charge ridiculous amounts. But Sy made the necessary cuts and got them both replaced much faster than I expected. After he left, I noticed one of them had a slight drip on the inside. I called him and he turned around immediately and came back. It turned out the product itself was faulty (not the service). And he quickly swapped it out and everything's working great. I'll use Zenco for every plumbing need from here on out. I like to support small and medium local businesses. But it's an even easier decision when they're experienced AND professional. Many thanks!
