  Not good, had an appointment for them to give an estimate for wiring work to be done, at 9:30 on 4/12/21, they never showed up at that time. Called them to make sure they were going to make it, said they might make it for the appointment, about fifteen mintues later they did show up, but the gentleman that came out WAS very unfriendly, looked at the work I wanted done said would get an estimate together and get back with me. I haven't heard from him since!!!!!! So I'm giving them a negative five stars!!

  Hello Nelson, we are terribly sorry that you had this experience with us. We have a very large demand for work right now and it's been very difficult for us to keep up with everything. We understand that this is no good excuse for the poor experience you've had and we've been trying out best to communicate with our customers to let them know of our large work load right now and that there may be delays in getting estimates and work done. We greatly apologize that we were not able to communicate this with you well enough. We are still working on this estimate for you and will be contacting you shortly to go over everything.
