    In our opinion- Very dishonest and unreliable. We paid for services that should have taken 1-2 weeks at most, and it got dragged out for 4-5 months, due to a multitude of excuses as to why they couldn't complete the work, or show up at all. In the end, all of the services we paid for have still not been completed, and the work that was done, was not done properly. Their water heater installation FAILED inspection with the county. We paid Your Service Pro of NC a great deal of money expecting professional service, and timely repairs-- that is not what we received. Our mistake was paying them in full before all services were rendered, and inspections were completed. This company canceled appointments MANY times, would not answer ANY phone calls, or respond to ANY emails. The owner Andrew is in our opinion, rude and dismissive, in that he gave zero explanation of why the installation wasn't done properly, why the additional work was not completed, as well as zero reason why we never received a return email or phone call. They never took any accountability for the work not being done correctly, the lack of response, etc. Would not recommend this company.

    In any relationship, especially professional between client and company, a level of respect in conversations that take place in person and via phone must be offered by BOTH parties. Once that has been failed repeatedly by one side, in this case the home owner, it is either parties decision to end the relationship. While trying to offer solutions and resolutions this home owner chose to call company owner liar, state that their spouse had been listening to other conversations and not speaking in a “gotcha” scheme to the company owner, and then hung up on company representatives. It’s ok to not want to do business together but not ok to treat a company with disrespect in this manner. All readers of this review and reply can determine if they want to do business with us. Any potential client there are more details to all reviews and we as a company will ALWAYS choose to end professional relationships when disrespected.

The owner and operator, Andrew, is reliable and extremely disciplined to his trade. His team is very quick and our work was completed within a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Your Service Pro of NC for any of your plumbing needs. You will be extremely satisfied with the level of expertise and professionalism you’ll receive during your service.

    Outstanding service once again by Jason and team. Going out of their way to find us the best solution to our issue. Arrived when promised, completed the work quickly at the price quoted. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Your Service Pro, and they are at the top of our list every time we have an issue.
