My water heater stopped working on a Friday evening. I was contacted immediately from Young's Water and Sewer. They were @ my home Monday to access the heater. I was so pleased with the prompt service. The staff was helpful, friendly and everything was affordable. The two gentlemen that installed the heater was excellent. They knew what they were doing, friendly, cleaned up all the mess and was done within a normal time frame. I'm pleased and would definitely use them again.

My experience with this company was surprisingly a very good one. I work in the service industry, and tend to have higher expectations from other service business companies. I had a long-time blockage that no one else could figure out where the problem was and how to fix it. This company approached the problem by listening to me as a potential customer because they needed to truly understand what my family and I were experiencing in our home. Under a truly professional supervision, the crew properly diagnosed the issue and did the tedious and necessary work to avoid causing more issues with other underground pipes running close to the Sewer line. Jeremy, Daquan and Carlos were phenomenal, They took a surgical approach to the digging and prevented damaging my sprinkler lines. It was a big job and they accomplished the task with professionalism. Kim was very patient and provided a level of expertise even from the office I can frankly say I was rather impressed with. She guided me through the entire process of dealing with other entities. They returned to my house at no extra charge to snake and clean debris that caused a little but of a back up post completion of the work. I don't usually take my time to write reviews but I felt that my experience with Young's Water & Sewer deserves my time and the praise they've rightfully earned.

I would strongly suggest you stay away from this company. My warranty company Choice Warranty contracted this company to help resolve a slow kitchen drain issue but hit problems with them from the start: 1) they moved the appointment multiple times 2) the technician who arrived made a huge mess and didn't complete the job and caused damage that he had to repair including nicking a water line, very careless. No prep work to put something down in case water comes out of a clogged pipe, no bucket to catch the water, lucky i heard the water dripping and brought him a garbage can to catch the water 3) the customer service was extremely poor and took no responsibility to help finish the job and blamed me for having grease in the pipes which the warranty company doesn't cover so they dont have to send out another technician to finish the job. I called a real professional who came when promised and in less than an hour cleared out the pipe using a electric snake, the same as the original technician but this new company knew how to use it, corrected some sloping issues with the pipe and cleaned up after themselves. Thankfully the warranty company was more customer centric and agreed to pay a portion of the charges since the initial claim was not resolved by Young Water and Sewer. There's tons of plumbing companies out there so do yourself a favor and use another company to save you some headaches.

Hi Rupesh I think we have a misunderstanding here. The warranty company only covered for a snaking. Carlos went above and beyond to rectify any and all issues you had. I examined the final pictures of the job and saw that Carlos cleaned up everything. From the pictures you posted you can see there is heavy debri in the line which was unforeseen. One would be thankful to God for all this work that was done and cleaned up for you for free which the warranty did not pay for. You paid for someone else to come do the job for you, when Carlos was very clear and understanding that you needed more work that the warranty company did not cover to fix. You also refused to have the line video camera so we could pinpoint the exact location of the blockage. Please note that no one has x-ray vision to determine what was in a abs pipe unless shown on the video camera, which your warranty company did not cover and you paid someone else to do. We take pride in helping customers and valuing our customers. And it is a shame that all the time Carlos spent he did not charge you. Instead you write a negative review instead of a thank you. It is sad to see a human being not value someone who worked many hours to try and solve your issue. He cleaned up everything for you which were on the final pictures that you did not post. Wish you all the best in life. Maybe next time you would think about all the time spent on your job and be thankful that a bill was not sent instead of writing a negative review. We would have been more than happy to dig deeper into your issue if you were willing to pay for us to go further but instead you choose to use another plumbing company. No one in life works for free. I wish they did.
