We have used Yenason twice, for central air systems in our old house and our new house. The first installation was fantastic, they arrived on time, were clean, done in less time then they budgeted and the unit worked great. That’s on top of being the cheapest of the 3 estimates we received. The second is why this is only 4 stars. We hired Yenason directly due to the previous relationship without getting estimates. The installation date was pushed back repeatedly, over a month until late October, which made central air pretty much useless. The follow up to tie up loose ends was poor to nonexistent. We had a sealed ceiling access in our garage, which they unsealed to access electrical and make install easier. Following the install, we had to call numerous times over a couple weeks to get someone to come back and re-close the hole they made. Someone finally did come, cut a piece of drywall and put it in the opening. It’s still not sealed, which the owner himself said let’s car exhaust gasses into the ceiling and possibly into the bedrooms. Summary: Yenason Mechanical does do good air conditioning work, both systems work well and look great. The loose ends and scheduling leave room for improvement. With the unfinished work still there, I can’t leave 5 stars.

30 Years Ago! I chose Yenason Mechanical to install my HVAC system and hot water needs for my new construction. Well let me just tell you that if you want the BEST, go with Yenason Mechanical & Carrier products. My Carrier furnace lasted 27 years & the A/C unit 30 years. Longevity unheard of these days. The professionals at Yenason Mechanical, especially, President Joe Yenason, personally took his time at my home to makes sure all of my questions were answered, (many, many) he explained all of my options and he gave me his honest opinion for the most efficient unit for my needs but not the most expensive. As a very technically experienced homeowner, obviously I did my own research before my sales appointment. It turns out that what I chose was wrong. Joe Yenason explained why and saved me almost $2,000. I had a next morning appointment and as usual their work was first class !!

A repair man went to my parents' home on Monday to repair a leak and clean the furnace. He notified my family of the leak of heating oil that he repaired. He did not report how low their oil was and they were without heat in below freezing temps for a whole day while their oil company couldn't deliver until the next day. Very unprofessional and could've caused more damage to the house than what he had orignally repaired. My parents use them every year to clean the furnace, so they will definitely be using a different company moving forward. Their oil company even said they would've terminated that individual, had it been one of their employees.
