      Loved these guys! First impression: very bad. The original guy who came out to give me a bid never introduced himself and honest to God he was running all over my house like a madman. He was in and out within maybe fifteen minutes- didn’t do any measurements and didn’t even explain anything to me or give me my options. Gave me a very quick estimate and left. (Turns out, he said I needed a 5ton, and we only actually need a 3ton.) A couple hours later, I actually received a phone call from Eddy, THE OWNER, asking me how my experience was. I was honest. Not only did he tell me the price quote I received was higher than what he would expect, but he asked if he could send out someone new to give me a better experience. Within the next two hours, Nick and Jake (the service manager) were in my house doing a very thorough walk-through and explaining everything to me. Nick emailed me every single estimate so I could look them all over, after running through them all with me. He also told me if I had any questions later on (or if I wanted him to re-explain everything to my husband when he got home😆), that I could call or text him. Their business cards have their personal cell phone numbers, as well as Eddy’s (the owner). Amazing. No, we didn’t end up using them for financial reasons, but I really wish we could have! I was very, very impressed with them (the second time around).

      I called on a Monday morning for someone to come out to give me an estimate. That same afternoon the "sales guy" came out. I can't say how many times I had previously been talked down to as a female from sales people coming into our home for repairs or upgrades. They would mansplain the work to me like my little female brain just couldn't understand. If my husband was with me other sales guys totally avoid looking at the me because I guess they think men are the only ones who can make a decision. I put "sales guy" in quotes because Colt (the great sales guy) is the total opposite of the majority of sales guys giving me prices. He spoke to both my mom and I with 100% respect. None of the "Well Ma'am when will your husband be home so we can lock the contract in." Absolutely no high pressure used car sales techniques. If he had he would have been thrown out of the house and we NEVER would have signed, especially the same day. He treated us like old friends, I can't remember a time when a sales guy had us laughing and joking like we were hanging out having a cold one around the fire. Beyond the sales part the install crew were fantastic. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and did fantastic work. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Colt as your sales rep tell him hi from us. He truly is the reason we didn't get any other quotes (I actually cancelled my two other estimates which I have never done.) Before you ask no one in our family knew Colt before Monday but if his wife and him lived by I could see us being friends because that is how he treated my husband, my mom and myself. Great work, great company and great employees. You just can't go wrong.

      I have been using their service for a couple of years and never fail me so far. Their price for maintenance is reasonable. They come twice a year and any problems with the unit are covered at no extra charge. I definitely recommend them.
