  These guys have been doing work on new construction next to my house. On a number of occasions they have blocked my driveway, used my driveway without permission, and/or DRIVEN across my lawn to get to the job site because they are too lazy to walk from the street or move their other work vehicles out of the way to get to the part of the property needing work done. They left a bunch of staples on my driveway. I had to go clean them up. They also walk across my lawn from the side street, all the way up by my front door. Again, too lazy to walk on the residential front street to get to the work site. I have told them numerous times to stay off my property but then see them on it again when they think I'm not looking. If they are too lazy to use the proper ingress onto a work site, I can only wonder what codes are they too lazy to follow on work behind closed walls. I guess they don't care about any potential business from me or other neighbors on the street who have commented about their lack of professionalism.

  XPert plumbing did our work on a remodel house. It was a larger project and I worked with the owner Bill and his assistant Daniel. I appreciated their quick response to different needs and willingness to adjust and be helpful. They always did for me what they said.

  If I could give zero stars I would! Job was completed on January 16th. Bill called me 3 times this day, as his crew left without getting the payment from my wife. Very responsive to receive payment, which I can understand. I've called Bill every week since to get the information from him to complete the rebate form, he told us about. The rebate is for the tankless water heater he convinced me we would need. Much more expensive, but would be a better buy, with the rebate. However, FOUR months later, I have not received the rebate, and cannot even request it because I need information from Expert Plumbing to complete it. As of last week, they have completely stopped answering and replying to my phone calls. This is a horrible company, save your time, money, and frustration, and go with someone else!
