  Two Men from Wyman's Plumbing came in recently, Pulled out my tub shower and installed new shower. They were done before the day was over. Left the area very clean and I love my new Shower. What impressed me the most is they seemed to really enjoy their job and were patient with my questions. Good job/

  Installed a new outdoor water line. Hours charged included time tech. needed to leave to obtain parts not stocked on his truck. Tech. also needed to fix issues the previous (same company) installer initiated incorrectly. Upon first use found it to be non-functional. Refused to stand behind their work. Offering only another paid appointment nearly 4 weeks later. They then claimed this was due to non-payment, but in the same conversation confirmed we have a $0 account balance with them.

  Hi Nancy, We provided a 1 year warranty on parts and labor for your job. Unfortunately you called after that time period, otherwise, we absolutely would have come out to see what the issue was at no charge to you, now it becomes a new call. You originally placed a service call for a dripping tankless heater and to move a hose bibb. We tied into a live hose bibb so there was water, but it was left capped until your screen could be done. If there is a hose bib on it now, we did not do that. Possibly within that year a valve that controls that area may have been turned off? We did leave to get pipe and parts because you requested additional work after we arrived that was not on the work order for him to have come prepared. Instead of rescheduling he got the material and completed it that day. In reference to the balance, you are correct you have a zero balance but once an account reaches collection status it’s permanently flagged in our computer. Our terms are 30 days net, when there is no response to multiple past due reminders and phone calls we choose to refrain from working for those customers again. I apologize for any misunderstandings, but the gal you spoke with was just following our policies.
