  I've been using Wulf Brothers for nearly 19 years and I've never been disappointed. Their service techs are as knowledgeable and professional as they come. From their expertise with HVAC to just putting on masks and booties to come into the house, they are the best! An additional shout out goes to Holly, the person who so effectively organizes and schedules the technicians. Calm, collected and a joy to work with, she understands the customer's needs (or anxieties with no heat or cooling) and sends the relief column to their aid. Thanks to all of Wulf Brothers and their employees.

  At first it seemed like nice people at the Sturgeon bay store. They seemed so proud of their service. Gave them a four days to price two fireplace products, did not happen. Told them to contact (phone call) me two days later if they could not have my pricing. Well no phone call or pricing. Reviewed my email address with them three times. Horrible customer service on the front end with something as simple as providing a price can only mean poor future product service. Fortunately there are other DV Fireplace dealers. Seems based on reviews, Wulf Brothers was a good business about two years ago (2019). Fast followup- The owner reached out to me took control of the communication issue and I was provided pricing within a day.

  Zero stars really. They don't service new clients requesting seasonal check-ups and was told to go elsewhere. I did, contacted Ultimate Air and they were extremely helpful and I scheduled service with them.
