  When people hire a plumber, they expect them to come once, do a job, leave, and never be heard from again. We hired a plumber, but instead got a woman who seemed quite proud of NOT being a certified plumber. In retrospect, I shouldn’t have allowed her in my home. She could have accomplished the job in half the time had she not spent time discussing her late husband’s medical problems in graphic detail and being flirtatious with her co-worker (who basically ignored her and got on with the job). Truth be told, I felt bad for the guy. I’m hard-pressed to think of a time a so-called “professional” behaved so unprofessionally. In fact, I’ve never encountered anybody like her - it was overwhelming and she made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. After her half-baked work leaked, she had to return the following day for further repairs. We had to have them return a third time to fix something that should’ve been taken care of during the first visit. The third time was a charm because we finally got the certified plumber we thought was hired in the beginning. What a colossal headache…

  Woodside is seriously the best plumbers I have ever worked with! The owner and his son are very personable and informative! Their prices were also way better than the other company I looked at! They replaced about 17' of my sewer line out front and did an amazing job!! The tecnnitians that came out were also personable and respectful. I HIGHLY reccomend this company!!
