Three different technicians  came to my house  and never  fixed the problem with a brand new furnace. Left me hanging they
did send a large bill which we paid
In full on monthly payments  next  we start getting bills  for work on our central air which we don't  have never have had.  Shady bunch
Of characters beware!

They showed up on time and in less than 24 hrs put a new heating system in.
They had to change there schedule and to make sure we are safe.
They did a very clean job

I made the call to obtain estimate was treated with upmost respect by the one on the other end of that call. The gentleman arrived quickly and was straight forward and respectful. He came back quickly with the estimate.

Nice to have a company that cares about your well being. They were able to help on a very short notice extremely quickly. Keokuk is lucky to have these guys.

Technician came out to repair Air Conditioner. It wasn't cooling.  When asked if it needed Freon was told the unit is too old it doesn't use Freon.  However, when bill was received it indicated "System is low on Freon. Needs to be replaced.". Technician also indicated new units run from 3000/4000 for a unit.  When bill was received quotes were included in billing indicating new units are from 4000/5000. Service was provided at one address, however the sent billing to another. I don't appreciate them doing a search to get another billing address.  It's  not like they weren't going to get paid from the service address. So why send it somewhere else? Do not appreciate this practice.  Your check is in the mail.

We don't care if you underbid the original contract; honor the warranty and 'get r done'!
Now, 4 months later, an emergency call and guess what; no one shows up! So much for 24/7 emergency support!

It is going on 6 months for this company to honor a parts warranty. Very disappointing service!

We bought a commercial building that had some very antiquated equipment for heating and cooling. We are converting the place into our primary residence. This wintered had Kraus and Sons come out to repair a heat pump roof unit. After the repair Adam and I were discussing the old systems and how they can’t keep up with the demand for heating or cooling anymore. He suggested installing a mini-split system for one room and the hallway. After a couple of lengthy discussions I agreed that it was what was needed and we had the system installed. The technicians were on time, courteous and profession at all times. I’m glad that we chose Kraus and Sons to do this install and I have them scheduled to upgrade the boiler system in my house as well. I would absolutely 100% recommend Kraus and Sons for any and all heating or cooling needs.

Kraus & Son installed our geothermal and we couldn't be more satisfied with their work and the equipment installed.  They are expanding the business and we wish them the best.
