Steve was excellent. He explained everything. I even asked if we could get a senior discount and he went to the boss and they gave us a discount. That was very thoughtful of him. What impressed me the most was that he found some inconsistencies and it did not change the contract price, in other word he did not nickel and dime us. The contract signed was the final cost. For being so young he acted super professional with a ton of knowledge. He is an asset to the Henderson company.

A pipe in our shower broke on a Monday morning and it was the only shower in our house. It turned out all of the pipes were bad. I called for estimates and no one could start for at least a month or two. Wm Henderson went above and beyond. They fit us into their already filled schedule. They gutted the bathroom and had a shower installed within two weeks. The whole bathroom was completed in a month. I am so grateful to them!! Dave, Nick, and Paul were wonderful to work with!

Michael was fantastic. Our water heater was in a very difficult spot. He not only got it replaced, but did so without damaging anything at all, which I was prepared to tolerate knowing how badly positioned it was. He went above and beyond with making sure everything he touched was left better than he found it, and was an excellent communicator. We are very happy with the quality of the work, but to mention the added features our home was lacking previously due to age, like proper shut off valves. Highly recommended.
