  My cousin hired him, paid him on 11/3/21 the work is not done and even after saying he would return the money has not done so. That kind of business is not tolerated around here, we don't take kindly to being scammed, none of us can afford to be wasteful anymore.

  I was in a bind. Water heater was arcing and almost completely gone. It was Easter weekend. I called 6 other numbers. No answer for 4 of them and the other 2 could only "guesstimate" a price and a time for the future. That wasn't going to work. Hot water was needed for medical reasons. I called up Mr. Witter and he said he could be out in 45 minutes to an hour. He got here in 55 minutes. He was able to give me a quote for the job. Go pick up the water tank and install it within a very reasonable time. Take the old one off our hands. As well as give us his undivided attention until the job was done. It was an emergency more than Mr. Witter even knew. Thank you, sir. It means more than you know. 5 stars! Recommended!
