  We wish this business all the best, but unfortunately had a very upsetting experience with this plumber. He forgot to reconnect the toilet so it flooded our bathroom and caused leaking in our kitchen. Fortunately we caught it before it did major damage. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and hire him for another project, but he seemed to want to blame us for his mishap refusing to take responsibility. He unfortunately didn't take the opportunity to make things right and prove his workmanship, and instead threatened to tell all the plumbers near us not to do business with us. Unfortunately, we can't in good conscience recommend him but sincerely hope he can continue to be successful as we know it is tough to run a business perfectly all the time. We do expect kindness and respect from all those we do business with and hope he can learn from this experience. We hope he will reach out to us so we can change our review to stellar!

  Keith has come more than once to fix issues that were preexisting as well as replacing a water heater and more. Witts will always be my first and last call. Professional, reliable, trustworthy and worth every penny!!

  Keith did a very thorough job clearing our drains of a blockage. He was quick, personable, and happy to explain everything he was doing. We would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.
