  I had multiple service workers come out to repair my outside A/C unit and replace my kitchen faucet (and install one of those nifty glass rinsers). Each worker was super friendly and knowledgeable. They got here early, got their work done quickly, and I've had ZERO problems with anything that was done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  They service my emergency generator, which had a significant failure right near the end of the 5 year warranty. They went to bat for me with the manufacturer and secured a new engine to replace the one that failed. They tore down the old engine to determine the problem, and promptly replaced it once the new engine arrived from the manufacturer. John, the lead mechanic, kept me informed and did a good job on the installation, leaving the unit and area around it in great shape. I am very pleased with the work.

  When my hot water heating boiler started leaking water I called Witt and they came. The two technicians found the problem, ordered the part and returned to make the boiler okay. I have used Witt for many years for AC, heating and have now purchased a generator from them. They are always professional, neat, caring, informative and get the job done right. I depend on Witt and they have always been there for me. There's no one better than Witt.
