  My Heating gas Pac stopped a couple of week ago and did not have a supplemental heating source. Called the company who normally serviced my unit and they were unable to provide a service person due to covid19. Called Witherspoon Heating & Cooling Company to asked for service assistance. Customer service indicated that he would make a work order and should have a person out the next day. The repair man came out the next morning and they diagnosed the problem. There was a delay in getting the necessary part for repair, but Mr. Witherspoon stated that he would install as soon as the part was received. Wonderful Service!
