  Karen is who we have spoken to and she has been so very accommodating and kind! We had to cancel last minute and she was understanding and so sweet! Definitely a huge plus in this day and age, great customer service is so hard to come by! Thank you again Winter!!!!

  This is the nicest company I have dealt with in JoDaviess county! We opened our home in May to find a pipe burst and was leaking. They were out within the day to fix it. The workers were kind and patient and helpful with words of advice! This week they are winterizing. I called and the receptionist was so polite and pleasant on the phone. I highly recommend them to anyone at Apple Canyon Lake!

  I have been using Winter Plumbing since 1991 with only positive experiences. And Carl and the men have also saved my house from major smoke damage (the fire crew in Scales Mound) until I learned how to operate my wood burning stove properly. They have always fixed the plumbing on the first call, and the HVAC is always fixed on the first call. Winter Plumbing in Scales Mound has provided great service now for 26 years. Thanks.
