  We have used Winkler’s for several years. They have always sent knowledgeable technicians, who were prompt and courteous, to service our 15+ year old HVAC systems. Definitely better than the competition in our local area on promptness, quality, value and response.

  I bought a 2 stage Lennox system and Winkler's installed it, but they hooked it up Single stage. They did not hook up the de-humidifier, and they left factory plug in the line. At the recommendation of Lennox corporation, I had to get Efficiency Air out of Edna to fix the bad installation job Winkler's did. Lennox support is excellent because they supported me when Winkler's would not return my calls. Lennox covered all the cost of the Winkler's bad install. I would not recommend Winkler's, and if you had them install a Lennox unit, I would contact Lennox because most likely you are not getting the efficiency you paid for out of your unit.

  Our service tech Rocky is the best dude ever. Glad to know there's still another old fogey out there making a living just working hard and doing something to pay the bills making the best out of it
