  Came to look at my water heater, said it needed to be replaced. Didn't offer to do the work. I bought my new water heater and called them to schedule the install. The man on the phone said he would "work me in" on Friday. No calls, nothing. I called Friday to ask what approximate time they would be there. First he said the hospital had an emergency come up and they were doing work there. Then he lied and said they tried to call me the day before. From my call records, I received 4 calls on Thursday and none were from Wilson Plumbing or anyone associated. He was vague on the phone and didnt say anyone would be there to install the waterheater. So I called someone else. The other plumber was there in 2 hours. That was 1:30 Friday. Around 4-5 pm, a Wilsons Plumbing employee just showed up. No call, no message nothing. I told him I had someone else and he yelled "Good Luck" as I shut the door. In fact, I had good luck because Quality Service Plumbing did a GREAT job and I had hot water by 8 pm. Just don't waste your time with Wilson's Plumbing.

  I am simply horrified‼️My water heater went out, so I searched for plumber in campbellsville and found and called Wilson plumbing. They came and quoted me a price of anywhere and I quote “between $850-$900”. I had to have a water heater so I agreed with their price to do the work. First of all one of their workers removed the cover door and tossed it on the deck and instead of moving it out of the way he placed the water heater on top of it causing it to bust, but he said that it fell apart when he removed the door, the same worker torn out the frame of the door struggling to get the heater out, which they blamed it all on the leaking water heater (maybe) but the door didn’t appear to be damaged before he removed it. When they came to reinstall the water heater my water had frozen, so they used their heater to unthaw the water and charged me a total bill of $1300 and I had to ask for a receipt and received an in itemized receipt but was told to expect one from the main boss I guess. If you choose to use Wilson Plumbing, please get their quote in writing because $850 -$900 is a long way from $1300 for me, I can’t afford to just pay that kind of misquoted unexpected expensive, plus it will cost me even more to have the frame fixed that he ripped out removing the water heater, on top of replacing the door covering, if I’m doing my math correctly, I was charged $400-$450 for them to blow a heater on the pipes to thaw them while they sat in their truck....I will say that they were nice young men, but I feel very ripped off. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY‼️

  They are way too expensive Charged for 5 hrs but we’re only here working about 3 hrs Did a good job but we were expecting around $500. And that was high. But the bill was $971 All they did was set a shower stall in place and hook up water lines Would not recommend.
