  Derek Wilson is a liar. His guys came and did a $850 dollar job to repair my gas feed to my fireplace. They then installed the gas log kit and it didn't work(not his fault.) He stated to me on the phone that if I purchased a new kit, he would come install the new part for free to get my log kit working. When I finally was able to purchase a new one on June 30, he said it was 2 months out on his work schedule. Today, he says he has to charge me his service fee, $160. The money doesn't matter. I don't do business with liars!!!

  I've been very pleased with Wilson Family Plumbing, Inc. since I first called them awhile back but recently they went way beyond the call of duty. It had to do with a problem toilet installation that could have been a nightmare (through no fault of theirs). They patiently solved the problem and handled the job in a completely professional, fair and honest way. I will recommend them every chance I get.
