  This guy bought property for himself next door to my house. For some reason wanted my property. So he reports my septic to health depart. Its been the same system on that property with no issue. Other neighbor has same sysyem. Now i got 3 kids two dogs was having a hard time. Just went though divorce.I couldnt afford to fix the issue cause i had to get new septic but my property wasnt big enough for one.. So since i could fix it. I get forced out my house. Could do nothing so i lost it. Had to find place for family. Now hes a plumping com. right! So he couldve offered help or tryed to get work from it but no. My house goes up for sell by bank and guess who buys it? Willoughbys.... Seems little wrong i think. Hope he sleeps well. So many other place that do plumbing dont go there. Thats my opinion!

  This plumbing service would receive a zero rating if possible. The staff is unprofessional and their charges are completely out of line with other plumbers. We have had several situations in which we used there services. The first time we used their service, we have a leak in a wall. They came out and gave us an estimate. They were late to this appointment and were very unprofessional. We used them anyway because they were available to fix the problem immediately. Upon fixing the problem we received a bill for almost twice them amount of the estimate even though no additional work was required. The second time we used them was a complete disaster. They sent an individual to fix a leak under our house. This individual showed up with no coveralls (trip number one, he had to drive to his house to get the coveralls). When he finally began working, he didn't have any couplings to fix the water leak (trip number two, he had to go to Lowes to get supplies). He didn't appear to know what he was talking about and was heard cursing like a sailor under the floor of our house. After ranting and raving about how difficult a job it was and how much it was going to cost, he left a third time (trip three to Lowes) to get more supplies. He was at our home for approximately 7 hours and accomplished an hour of actual work. After all of this we decided to call in another plumber. Willouhgby wanted us to pay $110 per hour for time for work that was not being completed. This plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He also completed the job in less than an hour. His cost was less and he was excellent. Our advice is not to use this plumbing service. You will overpay and they are unprofessional.

  They were nice and tryed to help me with my problem
