  Septic tank backed up into guest shower on Friday night and my mother-in-law was visiting! Called first thing Saturday morning - answering service took my information and said I'd get a call back shortly. The on-call plumber called me shortly thereafter! He then said the septic system guy would call me back and get me fixed up. Randy called immediately and said he could be to my house within an hour. Sure enough he arrived, in the rain, by 9:15 am and got straight to work. Randy had the tank pumped out, filter cleaned, and the system back together within an hour. He made sure my shower was draining properly before leaving, which was nice. Randy did a great job; he was professional, personable, efficient and knew exactly how to fix my septic system. Can't ask for more than that! I highly recommend Williams Sewer & Drain, Inc. Family owned and operated out of Thomson, GA.

  Called them for an after hours service call to pump my tank. David called back quick, and gave me the price up front before driving out. He got my tank clean and unplugged a clog I didn't even know I had. The service was fantastic and David was nothing but top notch. I am beyond pleased with the service and will use them for all my sewage and plumbing needs in the future.

  Excellent customer service is an understatement for Scott and his team! Our situation was very unexpected, time constraining and stressful, but Scott assured us it was nothing he and his team couldn't handle. We felt confident in the WSD team and we can't thank them enough. WSD is an outstanding example of honesty and impeccable customer service who always puts the customers best interest at heart!
