  After trying a few, this is the best shop in town. Super impressed with the whole Williams team. Service is fast and responsive, straightforward techs who care about their work. Grant and Jesse have done great plumbing work for us (remodel, emergency drain work), and Brodie helped problem solve a tricky kitchen exhaust install. Highly recommend.

  Plumber was upfront with pricing and knowledgeable aboutwhat needed to be done. Found reasonable solutions to problems and made suggestions for any future concerns. Was somewhat rushed so worked very quickly. Some cleanup required after he left. A tool was dropped and punctured my new flooring. I know it was an accident but....... I would recommend a little bit more care but overall would rate this company a 4 out of 5 stars.

  Price Gouging. No hourly rate but per job. unfortunately, I took the risk and paid a hundred dollars more with no guarantee. The hour cost 259.00 for a relatively minor job but the guy made a production out of it. Other companies with hourly rates would have ranged from 145/hour to 165/hour. When I hire a company I look for integrity and good value. Didn't find it here.
