I called on Thursday with some concerns about our septic tank needing some attention - they were there the next day! Cassandra was extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone. I received a call when the guys were on their way. The team doing the pumping provided some valuable insight on the tank/system. I couldn't be happier with their service. The cost also didn't break the bank (bonus).

We are new cottage owners in Glen Arbor and just before a houseful of visitors arrived, our toilets stopped flushing. We called Williams at 2pm on a Monday and they sent out a truck and service person with-in the hour. The problems was identified and fixed quickly and we were back in business! From phone to service call, we experienced kindness and excellent customer service. We highly recommend Williams!

I called them for an emergency grease pumping on Saturday. The water is draining before the service, but I was worried about the water backup again, so I decided to pay the emergency fee. I appreciated them to offer the emergency service and expected the emergency fee. The pumping guy arrived and performed his job at the same day. The water is draining before his arrival, and he strongly recommended us to Jetter the grease line. I trusted his professional and approved him to call another technician to perform the Jetter service. Yes, he did mentioned there was another emergency fee of $300 for the jetter guy coming pulsing the extra service charge. However, the technician came without machine, but he helped the pumping guy to pump the grease. They told me that they would bring the Jetter on Monday or Tuesday. To be honestly, the second emergency fee is very unreasonable since they didn't perform the Jetter service at the same day. I doubt checked with them the total amount for everything including the two emergency charges and the upcoming Jetter service before they left, they told me the amount of $1800. Monday, a new technician called me and brought his Jetter, he told me that the technical showing on Saturday would be here also. The Jetter stuck for a while, and I started to worry about the service charge. Before they left, I doubt checked with them if we were still in the first hour, and they told me YES. The decision of emergency grease pumping is correct, but I should stop there, and hire another company to do the Jetter service. Three bills are coming with total amount of $2185.75. The second emergency charge is ridiculous. If they told me they had to bring the Jetter on Monday, I would never approve it. Also, they charged Jetter service more than one hour. I contacted them many times, but they didn't do anything. I decided to pay them all and learn a lesson form it. This company ruin my faith and I will never ask their service any more. Be aware!
