  Both Customer Service Representative answering the phone, along with the Technician doing the actual field-work were VERY professional, prompt, and did an outstanding job on the analysis of my existing septic system. They'll be performing the pump-out once the snow/ice permits them to get down my driveway. Thank you!

  Very unprofessional company. I do not recommend using this company. I had a 5th wheel pumped in September. I gave them my credit card number at that time. Out of nowhere get charged on Dec 22nd right before Christmas without being told over drawing my card. Their policy is horrible. Use another company! Spoke to the manager on the phone and she wouldn't do anything to help the situation. Williams and bay is a sketchy company.

  Hello Jake. Per our conversation, we are sorry that your payment processing caused an overdraw. As we discussed, our team mailed and emailed your invoice from October. If an invoice goes past 30 days and we have prior approval to run your credit card, the team will run the credit card for the outstanding balance. By no means was our intent to be a "sketchy" company. We just wanted to be paid for services rendered in order to pay our employees for a job well done.   We had roots causing a back up in our pipes, which was a huge mess! We called and they came out the same day. Aaron was awesome-he was fast, professional and solved our issue! Would highly recommend
