  Josh was our work guy today and we were impressed. We have never had a plumbing problem at building and this being our first was a scary situation. Josh was polite and kind. He explained that was going on in a way we could understand. He gave us options and treated us with respect. He went above and beyond taking care of everything and we are so thankful we lucked out and got him! Josh is very good at his job but is also just great with people. Put us both at ease. Thank you so much for your help Josh. When we have another problem at home we know who we are going to call!

  Excellent, plumber was clean, courteous, and most importantly capable. work got done faster than expected, despite the usual host of setbacks experienced in any fix job. Owner came and provided a quote/estimate (only plumber I contacted that would do that) which is important since job repair job is quite different. Owner also came back at the end and checked the work to make sure it was up to snuff (which is was). There was a small communication issue with the office where the plumber was unable to make it on the scheduled day and the office forgot to call to let us know. They worked hard to make it right and we had a plumber first thing the next day.

  Plumber (Mark) said he would arrive between 8 and 9 AM. No show by 9:05AM so called and stated they were finishing up job (odd as I was to be first) and would arrive at my place in an hour. Got a call at 10 AM from Mark who said he's 15 minutes away. 11AM still no show so called Mark back a second time and he said sorry must have gotten addresses mixed up. Should be there in the next hour which should've been 12 PM. Never did show up or call me back that day to to apologize or cancel. Definitely would NOT recommend this company if you value your time.
