  Had a gas leak New Year’s Eve night. Service tech came out Saturday afternoon couldn’t fix the leak and said we needed a new line. They would be back Monday to fix. He said they would call call us after their morning meeting. Never got a call. I finally got someone to answer the phone after I had my mom call and they answered her phone call. So I called back and finally got someone to answer the phone to be told they can’t fix our line this week. Poor business management.

  They called me back within 10 minutes on the weekend. The plumber got here exactly when he said he would and had everything fixed within a half hour. Very nice young man.

  We called Wilkes Plumbing and set up a time for service. They worked us in two days earlier as their schedule allowed. Anthony and Tyler were professional, courteous, and friendly. They went out of their way to complete the work. Highly recommend Wilkey Plumbing.
