  Never enough people working the counter sales. Usually one guy. They act like you're putting them out because you're not Jolly Plumbing or one of their normal customers. You just get ignored usually until they feel like asking you what you need.

  I called and spoke to Roger Taylor and was pleasantly surprised at the generous help he gave me about my cistern tank and water pump to get it running properly. He restored my faith in true customer service like I have not seen in a long time. Thank you. I will remember when I or others need parts and will recommend you. Thank you, Again, for your kindness and genuine help telling me what to do about something I knew nothing about.
