  Very unsatisfied, was told job would be $200-300 then recieved a bill for over $500. I asked about the difference and was told that techs don't give quotes for work.... how can you do business without quoting someone ahead of time and agreeing on a price, then bam huge bill the consumer isn't expecting. Won't be using or recommending this company to anyone. BLOWS MY MIND YOU CAN PERFORM WORK BEFORE GIVING A QUOTE AND RECIEVING AUTHORIZATION.

  Very helpful replacement and installation of a pressure regulator so the pipe hammering could stop. Still need more work, but they are helping me in more than one way. Highly recommend and they aren't ridiculously expensive!

  Corrupt billing. Coercive, heavy-handed thugs! They make a mistake and then expect for you to cover THEIR costs of their mistakes. When I disputed the extra charges for them to correct their mistake, they threatened to file a lien on my home and filed preliminary paperwork for the lien. When I tried to talk to them on the phone, they hung up on me and then would never answer the phone again. On top of that, they left me and my family without a functioning kitchen sink for weeks due to their mistake. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They are incompetent. They are immoral. They do not treat their customers with respect.
