  The experience was great! Very rarely do you find that vendors in Paso are consistent in their services and communication. However, Wighton’s was very consistent. I was called every step of the way leading up to the appointment date. The service guy called and explained all the details of the issue while at my home. I would definitely use this company for any plumbing issues in the future! Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

  I called Wighton's about a routine check of my furnace last week and was able to get an appointment the next Thursday. They routinely contacted me to let me know when the technician would arrive. The technician couldn't have been any more professional or helpful. He explained everything to me in some detail and told me what I would need to have done next year. I definitely plan to call Wighton's next year - probably to go on a yearly plan.

  Marc is very knowledgeable AND intelligent. He approached my heating unit repair like a medical diagnostician. He also happens to very personable. Wighton's has hired and retained this quality employee. They must be doing something right. Even though this is the first time I've used them, they have earned my trust.
