  If I could give them zero stars I would. This company needs to be out of business. They have the most unprofessional and idiotic plumbers in the history of plumbing companies. We were assigned this company by our home warranty. They never show up when they are scheduled and never answer the phone. The plumbers never know what they’re doing and never have the proper equipment. They are so bad that this is the first time in my life I’m leaving a review. All I can say is don’t ever call this company unless you want to waste your time and never resolve any of your plumbing problems.

  Please avoid this plumbing company. They were assigned through my warranty and sent out 3 different technicians. The last one admitted that he didn’t know how to work on our model of water heater and he left a gas line open. I called the company multiple times and they weren't responsive and when I finally spoke to someone she was dismissive and never apologized. I got the has leak fixed bu another company and will never use this company again!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars, (Google please make that an option). They, by far, are the absolute worst plumbing service I've ever worked with in my life. They don't return calls, they don't leave a message when they do call, and they come to your house unprepared. I was told they needed to order a part to fix my plumbing issue last month and they had no idea when it would be in. They never called to give me an ETA, finally 4 weeks later, some lady called and was trying to schedule a new appointment, had no idea someone already came out and I was waiting on a part. She said she would keep the appointment just in case they had the part, once I explained the purpose of the second appointment. She then called the day of the appointment and asked ME, if I ordered the part.....WTH. I said no, you all were ordering the part, she then goes on with "the part is on recall, so we can't come today". I just told her to cancel the appointment. This has been ongoing with them since early December (when the call was originally placed). Steer clear of this place unless you want your time and money wasted.
