  This company replaced my water heater. Not only was the price better then all of the other competitors, but it was quicker. My water Heater went out during the holiday season. The water heater was replaced within days,. Once the company showed up, it took about 1.5 hours from start to finish, the technicians were hard working, patient and honest. They refused a cash tip at the end of their work because it was against company policy. I would highly recommend this company and would use their service again.

  Excellent communication and service. My technician, Steve, was very professional, took great care around my house (including being masked), and cleaned up after himself. Steve diagnosed the issue very quickly and let me know exactly what to expect from the warranty company for his return to replace some fixtures that he had to order. The company took care of all communication with the warranty company so I didn't have to worry about anything. Thanks for that!

  This is my first review of a company on google, but I want other people to be aware of this poor service before hiring this company. They have stood us up twice, and rescheduled appointments without consulting us. Every time I call I’m put on a 20 minute hold, or longer, until I’m hung up on. I’m starting to wonder if anyone even works here… I would give them 0 stars if I could. We already paid for the service that I’m beginning to guess we will never receive.
