  I had received a quote from a different plumbing company stating that there was leaking in the pipes and wanted to charge me $2600. When I called Whitmere plumbing, they were response and texted me updates on the upcoming appointment. They showed up on time and they found a leak in my toilet and it cost me around $180. They not only saved me a lot of money but by being ripped off from another company and digging in my yard. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

  Reached out to Whitmire for an estimate, and they never responded. Even after visiting the office and meeting the owners personally In the office they were very friendly, but they never reached out to give me the estimate they promised. This is bad business in my opinion, so I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time.

  Called 2 separate times and was told 2 different dates they would be out and both times no call no show. Even after I explained my disappointment from the first time and gave them another chance they told me they would be out on Monday, not even a phone call. Very unprofessional woman taking the calls, told me should listened to her messages and then would forget instantly?
