  Called these people five days consecutively left three messages with actual people and two messages on the answering machine. Never got a callback never got any correspondence at all. Contacted them on messenger after I had spoke to someone on the phone and they told me their phones were down. I had literally just got off the phone with them. Ended up having to buy a completely different brand tankless water heater just so I could get it installed because they are the ones who have the account with the previous tankless water heater.. Beyond frustrating to expect a business to act like a business and they do the opposite.

  Wow. You and JJ are the same household. I believe when we first spoke you wanted to order your own parts and take care of your own problem. I was more than helpful. I made multiple calls getting the information you requested and I called you back and left a message on your phone telling you the part you were asking about and where you could purchase. And yes, because of the freeze our internet based phones were down Mon - Thursday. I called you from my personal cell phone. Believe me when I tell you it has been extremely difficult and trying days to provide the customer service we take pride in during these conditions. It is unfortunate your perspective during these unusual circumstances is narrowly limited. But nonetheless we are very happy for you that you were able to obtain a new heater and hope you have an awesome hot shower. I'll take you and JJ off the parts ordered list. And for future reference, there are many reputable plumbers in town that could have provided service for you.
