  While the 10y delivered was sifted, mostly, it certainly was NOT topsoil. This is the poorest quality of topsoil I’ve ever had delivered. It is just unwashed sand. The coloration is similar to the concrete sidewalk and appears to be lacking in any nutrients. (See photos)
