My grinder pump failed. They asked me to send pictures. Then immediately said over the phone I would need a new one and box and they sell them for $4500. Seems they are just trying to sell the only pump they know how to install. Another company came out with an electrician who said my box is fine. This company seems to only want to install one type pump and 4500 is insanely high.
