Less than 10 years after White Heat & Air replaced my unit I’m having to have it replaced again bc of the poor work they did. All the short cuts that I’m discovering they took (like not hooking up the heat pump) have been costing me money and trouble all this time. Anytime I called them after the install they charged me ridiculous inflated prices (up to 300 bucks) for simple servicing. I will never use them again, and will never recommend them to anyone.
