  James was excellent!! I work in service (I repair medical laboratory automation systems) and am trained to know what good service looks like. He was professional, friendly, and timely. He called before hand to set expectations and delivered fully on those expectations. Would recommend his service to anyone!

  Summary: DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! If your warranty place has chosen Westbrook to do your repairs call them and ask for a different plumber. He is just in it for a quick buck with no regard for doing things correctly. I would not have chosen this guy but First American Home Warranty chose him to fix a burst pipe in our crawlspace. The pipe was the main supply line into the house and because of how it ran and my hatred of plumbing I didn't want to try to fix it myself. After this experience I know I should have. Because the leak was in the main supply line to the house near the foundation we had to turn the water off to the whole house to prevent further damage. We then had to go with out water for more than 2 days because Westbrook did not contact us back timely. His repair job is even worse. He just remove a large section of pipe, including the connection for the outdoor faucet (which I had previously capped off until I could replace the leaking faucet) and replaced it with a single piece of pex which is so long it is bending the rest of the good pipe he connected it to. He did this WITH OUT asking us if he could remove the connection point because "repairing that part wouldn't be covered by the warranty anyways". WHO CARES! Now I will have to do more plumbing anyways to fix what he supposedly fixed!

  This company answered NUMEROUS calls from a warranty company each time I contacted the warranty company to follow up on their mistake and inconsistent customer care. The company answered each and every time and dealt with the warranty company when I personally would have handed off to someone else for I am sure he had other costumers and business. We finally purchased a Water Heater from our own funds and hired Westbrook Plumbing for installment due to his loyalty shown and no regret! The only good part we gained from dealing with AHSW. Thank you Mr. Westbrook, and will refer you to whom may need plumbing in the future.
