  This place is the best! Super knowledgeable and helpful staff and they had a part I needed that no other shop in town carried (I'm talking big box stores, hardware stores and other plumbing supply stores). These guys are lifesavers! Highly recommend.

  I went to this store to find replacement parts for my jetted tub. The man who helped me told me they don't carry those parts, didn't even look on his computer to see if he could help find them for me. Treated me like a nusaince and like I was bothering him.
