  Response time was good. Two people came out to my home and unclogged a bathroom drain. Total time at job was approximately 35 minutes. I was charged $297.00!!!! This I thought was extremely high. I called the office and told them I felt it was was too high for one drain! The person I talked to said she would get back with me. A few minutes later the same plumbers came back to my home and said they were told to take off $50..00 for the travel time. This dropped the total bill to $247.00 which I feel was still extremely high. I woul not recommend this plumbing company as I felt that the rates they are charging are outrageous!

  The service team at West Texas Plumbing is absolutely wonderful! They came to run the gas lines and then ( as is common with old houses) found previously unknown problems with the old lines . They have been working for two days - these guys are just amazing! I couldn’t say enough good things about the crew that has come out ( Hossiel, Edgar, Issac, Isaiah, & Paolo) . They genuinely care about my family’s safety & while you can’t put a price on that - I do believe they all deserve a raise. I highly recommend West Texas plumbing - you’ll not be disappointed !

  The Duran guys are always our go to! They are always super fast to respond and work hard at getting us in and making our emergency their emergency! They are always so nice and go above and beyond to be courteous to our home. They keep their prices affordable for their local customers and refuse to charge outrageous prices! We can always count on honest and exceptional service!
