  Water Bill was suddenly $1000 plus! West Plumbing had someone out fast to diagnose the problem and give an estimate. Scheduled service immediately and they got someone out soon. Came in under the estimate with quality work. Responsive. Reliable. Courteous. Honest. Reasonable.

  THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! DO NOT USE!!!! They came to my house to replace a pipe at my house in Gretna and left all the dirt in the front of my house . When I called them to ask about the up-to come clean the dirt they left in the front of my house the lady I spoke with was very rude and pretty much insulted my intelligence. BE WARE , DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEM! There are plenty of other companies

  Jill cleared my drains and checked and rechecked to be sure everything was working properly. The cost was not an issue. It only took her a hour. I am pleased!
