I have always received good service from this company. We have been using them for about four years now, and they are always polite, courteous, and friendly. The owner of the company is also involved - he sold us our A/C unit and walked us through our all options (with no heavy sales-pressure). Our A/C and heater have been working great under their care. I am writing today’s review because we had a young man named Colin perform our service. He was so pleasant and professional that it warranted a review. They must be very proud to have him on their staff. Keep up the great work, West Mechanical!

Very quick and easy to set up the appointment and they were able to come out the same day and had our furnace fixed and running within an hour even though it needed a part they didn't have on hand. Colin was the technician who was sent out and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again in the future for our heating needs.

Colin was super professional and courteous. He arrived well within the time frame allotted and completed his work efficiently. Request him if available. I know I will. He deserves a raise. *He also followed Covid Protocol with zero complaint and wore booties. Very highly recommended.
