  Randy has always been helpful, expedient, does a great job. One time he even came by late on a Sunday after returning from vacation rather than waiting till Monday morning, which I would have done. Another time he gave some very helpful advice that got my water heater working again when I was ready to have it replaced. That saved me a bundle. Thanks Randy
