  Worst company ever! They replaced the water line from the meter to my house but did not remove the old water line. They also did not plug the hole around the new line coming in. Trying to get them to come back and do the job is next to impossible. If you want an indoor pool then you are in luck. Plus they charged over $2700 for this job! Now I have to stay up all night and try and save my furnace and hot water heater! They don't deserve any STARS!!!

  Absolutely awful company. The first time we called the secretary told us they’d be out the next day and that she’d call us back. She never called us back and they never showed. So we called the next day and they told us they had a job come up…ok. So we scheduled for the next day. Once again they didn’t show and no one bothered to call us till 6 pm to let us know they weren’t coming, which by that point we had obviously figured out. I wanted to give up on them at this point but they told us they’d be out the next day. So the next day they finally showed and proceeded to leave our our floors covered in water and our good towels completely soaked. They also didn’t bother to let us know that our new shower head was in a position that would spray all over the bathroom even though they clearly had tried it out themselves and decided to leave it at that angle. With all their mistakes they still managed to charge us over $200. Never again.
