  In addition to replacing my water heater they also replaced my microwave and dishwasher and the two gentleman who came were lovely and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased with my purchase! Thanks wenJo!! 😀

  I had a chance encounter with this company as a " professional" reference from Lowe's for a garage door installation and a couple of new toilet installs. I buy the products from Lowes and their installers provide the installation. The gentleman that showed up was professional and looked at the projects. When he looked at the garage door he released the mechanism that engages the drive. I don't think he meant to but he left the mechanism detached and I wasn't able to get the garage door open. He did mention that there was a spring broken that I would have to have a professional replace the springs before he could install the opener. Wait a minute... I thought they were the experts???? Lowe's said that the springs would be replaced as part of the installation service. After I realized that the door wouldn't open I called and talked to the owner. He didnt seem to concerned until I said I needed his installer on come back and reengage the mechanism so I could use the door until I could get it fixed. He wasn't too happy about it but he sent his guy out to correct it... with a message... he wasn't going to do any of the work... period. I was thinking " Oh my god, what am I going to do, they are the only people in the world that can do this type of work... Obviously I jest. Although Tony, the installer was good and I'd hire him in a minute if he didn't work for the sham of a company he works for. My opinion of course, am I'm allowed to have it. I will definitely have a talk with Lowe's about their contractors and their definition of "professional experts". If I were you and you are sent WenJo out to perform a service, don't answer the door and run out the back screaming... and ask Lowe's to send someone that's not a "professional". You'll thank me for it and you'll probably get a better job performed at the same time.

  Turned on water illegally--left on with a huge leak, that was not caused by them, but by the county. They will not claim any responsibility. Will not even have the decency to call back---Do not stand behind their work. Do not recommend. The leak was there the whole time and if they had been doing their job; they would not have left the water on
