  Great service all the way over in Mountain Rest SC. Well worth waiting for these guys. A well is hopefully a lifetime investment. Couple weeks wait doesn't seem like a big deal. Thank you guys for the professional installation we have good clean water!

  Purchased the sulfur smell removal aerator kit for $125. The kit is designed poorly, did not arrive with installation instructions, and did not fit my well. I relied on an instruction video which did not help much. The aerator detached from the small tube/hose after confirming it was attached correctly as per instruction video and ended up 200 feet down the well. I called and inquired about a refund or a replacement aerator and but I got no help. I literally wasted $125. I don’t recommended this product or this company as they don’t seem to take accountability for what they sell.

  Earlier this year they came to my house and replaced the foot valve on my well. They charged me a good bit but I felt it was reasonable. Then 8 months later the new part they put on broke and I had to pay them again to replace it. They were very nice and respectful but I feel like a foot valve should last for more than 8 months and if something like that breaks, it should be under warranty. I'm not sure if other companies have warranties for their stuff or not but regardless, I will continue to use this company if any else breaks because they are very fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.
