  I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Troy and all the Welsco team when they installed my well recently. It was tough work during the winter months here in Virginia City Highlands, Nevada but they stuck with it and got the job done.   Good morning, I would like to compliment your crew who works so hard to deepen my well at 1424 Johnson Lane, Minden. They were polite, respectful and worked diligently until the job was done. I watched most of the operation throughout the process. They all knew their jobs and did them well. The foreman was Troy. A beast of a man who was quiet and professional. He led his crew with quick hand signals and not of his head like a fine baseball coach talks to his pitcher on the mound. The next day a different crew arrived to install the well pipe and pump. The foreman was Jay. He was a professional perfectionist. I watched how he attended to details that no one would ever notice if they were done or not. But he knew, and did them right away. He too worked well with his crew and his crew was knowledgeable and polite as well. I apologize I don't remember everyone's names but I dealt with Troy and Jay the most so I remember their names. I also spoke with Augie on the phone several times. He was polite, professional and helpful with all my questions and scheduling challenges. But mostly I spoke to Sharon on the phone the most. I often wondered if she would ever get tired of me calling so much. But she was always super nice and helpful and dealt with my needs quickly and got me in contact with whoever I needed to speak with in short order. I grew to trust that when I spoke with Sharon I would be taken care of quickly. Welsco has a very good operation in a very specialized field. I don't get the opportunity to work with true professionals with the grit and toughness your crew displayed. It's extremely hard work and I was very impressed with the way they handled themselves throughout the operation.
