  Welchel Plumbing is by far the best in the industry. I can't possibly find the words to describe the appreciation and gratitude my family has for them. It's like I'm dealing with family when dealing with them. They care about customers and follow through with making sure things are handled appropriately and impeccably. Harold's attention to detail and expertise far surpasses any I've ever witnessed and is great explanation to why he is a success.   Harold and Wayne arrived around 5PM Thursday Feb 10th. Amazing! Harold did alarm service on our septic pump back in 2003! The guys went to work and it was evident that we had an issue with the pump. They hauled out the old pump and built a new system RIGHT ON SITE! They installed the pump and pumped down the tank just enough so Harold could go over every pipe and electrical connection. Both worked hard to clear out the area around the tank top so they could secure the lid with new stainless screws. Harold explained the importance of the filter chamber along with other great info regarding general septic care and the drain field. They cleaned up any debris from the site and were finished in about 1.5hrs. They have my business-fer sure, and I plan on contacting them for their septic pumping people when the time comes. Also, Jennifer in the office was very good when it came to setting up the appointment and invoicing. Great Job to All! Thanks!

  Harold was amazing and everyone in the office was so helpful! I had a hot water heater and water softener installed. This small local company is absolutely worth it! I felt valued as a customer and they will always have my business!
