It was Saturday morning when we realized our heat was out. It was 10° outside. We called Weinkauf and were exceptionally helped from the moment a woman answered the phone. She was compassionate and suggested a lot of things we could try.  Then walked us through a process so that when the repair man got there he had a better chance of being able to fix it quickly.  Thankfully it was just a sensor that needed to be cleaned and they were able to get our heat back on quickly. We had a great experience from how they made us feel as a customer to them being able to fix the problem.

My service tech was Devin. I had a faulty relay in my furnace which had been an issue for a while. Upon calling Weinkauf a tech was dispatched right away. Devin identified the problem quickly and the furnace was up and running within 15 minutes. Thank you Weinkauf and Devin for prompt service. I am very satisfied.

This company has been very helpful over the years. They are willing to come out when you’re having an emergency. The follow-up has also been great. Very professional office staff that was willing to schedule me when I was available. Tyler came out to our property and was able to catch a major problem with the water tank. His diagnostic ability and quickfix saved us a huge headache for the future!

They found the parts I needed for my furnace. With the shipping nightmare that is around us, they set it up for me to be able to pick the part up from there supplier down in Flint, so I drove down, got the part, and came right home then installed the part without any issues and had heat for my business, Orchard Manor AFC in Posen, and my residents were happy, warm, and had no idea that we were without heat during the day, so thank you very much for all the work, set up, and adjusting they did. Couldn't ask for a better company and the fact that they understand and help with the issues in today world. Top notch group of people!!!
