  Today when I called to schedule a major project, I asked that when the service technicians come into my home that they wear a mask. The man on the phone replied that they do not “make” their technicians wear masks. I again stated that I am requesting that the technicians that come in to my home to do repairs wear a mask and that I would be happy to supply N95 respirators for them. The man on the phone said, “well I guess you need to call someone else.” My reply “Happy to do that.”

  Went out of their way to get my new furnace installed in less than 5 hours of my 1st call, and for less than I thought. I have always used them over the years and have always been happy with the service.

  Asked them politely to wear a mask in our office building. Rather than comply, they scoffed and said, "If you're wearing one, why do I have to?" Extremely rude and unprofessional. Never use these guys.
